Returns

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

For questions about your return please email support@glitzygirlzboutique.com

-Please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

-ALL approved returns and exchanges are issued back to the original form of payment.

-Damages, cosmetic defects, and missing items must be reported within 72 hours from date of delivery

-The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned/ exchanged items. Please keep your tracking number to help our team provide an estimate of when your credit will be processed

-Once received, please allow 24 hours for an approval.

-Returns/ Exchanges are subject to review. We are not able to accept items that have been worn or washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor, or have pet hair

-Shoes must be returned in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe box.  Doing so will cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee. 

- If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, you are responsible for shipping. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity. 

-FINAL SALE: items (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

-FINAL SALE: swim is not eligible for return.

 

Shipping and order status?

-Glitzy Girlz does not offer expedited shipping, standard shipping only is available

-It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.

-Glitzy Girlz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.  

-Glitzy Girlz is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation email.

    -Glitzy Girlz ships to the Continental US.

    Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada for an extra fee. 

    -Please allow 7-10 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons we kindly ask for a minimum of 14 business days for standard processing. Our business days are Monday- Friday, we ship Monday-Saturday.

    -We do ship internationally, and those shipping times can be up to two weeks. There is weight based fee for shipping outside the United State, and a duty fee may also be applied at delivery.

    -All prices are listed in USD.

    Do You Have A Physical Store?

    -We do not have a physical store and we do not offer local pick up at this time. 

     

    Gift Cards?

    Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Glitzy Girlz Boutique E-gift card.

    Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our e-gift cards have no additional processing fees. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards do not expire.

     

    Do your items run true to size?

    -We order from a variety of manufacturers, so the sizing varies from item to item!

    -We measure each item and each size of each item in inches.

    -We provide a measurements on each item's page measuring the (if applicable) bust, waist, hips, or the inseam, rise, waist, and hips, and the length.

    -We lay each item flat on a table and measure the amount of fabric around at each point (each point being the bust, waist, etc.).

    -We also have the fabric type in the description of the item on the item page, so you can determine if the item has any stretch or not.

    -Our typical sizing is Large 10-12, 1XL 14-16, 2XL 16-18, 3XL 18-20, 4XL 20-22 5XL 22-24, 6XL 24-26.

    -Although some of our items run much larger or much smaller than that sizing. We would recommend comparing your own measurements to those on the sizing chart to find your best fit!

    What payments do we accept? 

    -We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, AfterPay, Venmo, Shop Pay, And Paypal. 

    Afterpay 

    What is Afterpay?
    -Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.
    How Do I Use Afterpay?
    -Shop and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll be asked to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order on our site.
    -Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for payment with Afterpay and the total amount due must be between $35 and $1,000.
    How Does The Afterpay Payment Schedule Work?
    -When using Afterpay, you must make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then charged automatically to your selected payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
    -You can log into your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
    What If I Can’t Pay An Afterpay Installment?
    - If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply.
    When Will My Items Be Delivered If I Use Afterpay?
    -Afterpay orders are delivered in accordance with our shipping policy, and will be sent out directly after your purchase, like any order placed on our website. 
    Can I Use Afterpay If I’m An International Customer?
    -Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
    Is There A Limit To How Much I Can Spend On A Single Afterpay Transaction?
    -Yes, your total amount due must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay
