Q: How do I reach customer service?

A: You can reach customer service by emailing support@glitzygirlzboutique.com or by calling (903) 419-2036. We are in the office from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, M-F, and respond to emails and phone calls during those hours.

Q:  How do your sizes run?

A:  Of course different styles have different fits, but as a rule, our products run true to size. They are based on American size guides, so generally speaking, if you wear a large in department store clothing, you’ll wear the same size in Glitzy Girlz clothing.

Q: What’s the difference between a size XL and size 1X?

A: They’re the same! An XL in standard sizing and a 1X in plus both fit a size 14/16.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders ship from our warehouse in Pottsboro, TX, where our customer service office is also located.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: We only offer standard shipping at this time.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. When your package ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Exceptions are during high-volume times, when processing time make take 5-7 business days. We are open from 8-5, Monday-Friday.

Q: What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?

A: Contact us with the order number on your invoice to make sure that shipping information was correct. Once the package leaves our warehouse and you have received a shipping notification, the United State Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, you may file a claim with the USPS.  www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm

Q: What do I do if my items don’t fit or are damaged?

A: Email us at support@glitzygirlzboutique.com with your invoice number and let us know the issue with your order. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Q: What if I order something and then learn that it is out of stock?

A: If we are unable to fulfill your order because it is out of stock, we will refund the amount for the out of stock item(s).
