Our goal at Glitzy Girlz is to make every customer happy, but we understand sometimes things don't fit, and a return is needed.
Love the item, just need to exchange for a different size? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the different size needed and we will work with you to exchange. We do have a very limited amount of each style, and inventory moves very quickly, so if this option is chosen please email us as soon as possible to avoid risk of the item selling out.
Need to just return an item from your order? No problem at all. Please make sure your return meets the following guidelines:
-All return items must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.
-All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused. All tags must be intact.
-Shoes must be returned inside their original shoebox.
-All returns are processed for store credit only via the form of electronic Gift Card, which will be emailed to you.

We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Shipping charges for mailing back returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not reimburse for shipping return items back to us.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, it will be processed within 10 business days, and you will be issued an electronic gift card for store credit,for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You will receive this electronic gift card via e-mail to the address that was given during your order. Priority Mail Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you believe your item is received damaged or defective, please email us immediately at email@example.com with your concerns. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Please allow 1-2 business days from date of online purchase for in store pick up. Feel free to call and confirm your item is in the store ready for pick-up. If you're wanting an expedited in-store pick-up, please call our Sherman store during business hours after purchase to ensure we will have it ready for pick up as soon as needed.
