Our goal at Glitzy Girlz is to make every customer happy, but we understand sometimes things don't fit, and a return is needed.
Need to just return an item from your order? No problem at all. Please make sure your return meets the following guidelines:
-All return items must be received within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment.
-Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
-All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused. All tags must be intact.
-Shoes must be returned inside their original shoebox.
-All returns are processed for store credit only via the form of electronic Gift Card, which will be emailed to you, within 5 business days.
-Do to high order volume, we do not process exchanges.

We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Shipping charges for mailing back returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not reimburse for shipping return items back to us.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, it will be processed within 5 business days&you will be issued an electronic gift card for store credit,for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You will receive this electronic gift card via e-mail to the address that was given during your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise
Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to SUPPORT@GLITZYGIRLZBOUTIQUE.COM
including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
Include the first and last name on your account, order number, and name of the product.
-You will receive a response from someone in our online department within 24 hours
